By clicking on "SEND" below, you grant Augusta Jones Limited and its members, parents, employees, agents, subsidiaries and related entities ("Augusta Jones") full rights to publish, copy, display and distribute all materials submitted by you ("Submissions"), in any form and for any purpose including, but not limited to, public display on the Internet. You represent that you are entitled to convey the rights granted in this agreement. You further grant Augusta Jones the right to edit or otherwise make derivative works from any and all Submissions. You further grant Augusta Jones all rights to use any images of persons or property, as well as any names incorporated in any Submissions, whether arising in copyright or otherwise. You agree to indemnify and hold Augusta Jones harmless from any claims arising from Augusta Jones' use of the Submissions. You hereby release Augusta Jones from, and covenant not to sue Augusta Jones for, any claim or cause of action, whether known or unknown, for libel, slander, invasion of right of privacy, publicity or personality, or any other claim or cause of action (whether based on the common law or federal or state statute), based upon or relating to Augusta Jones' use of the Contributions or any unauthorized use of the Submissions by a third party. You agree that Augusta Jones is not obligated to use any of the Submissions and agree that the rights and promises granted in this release are in consideration of Augusta Jones' review of, acceptance, and any use Augusta Jones may, in its sole discretion, choose to make of the Submissions. You agree that any disputes arising out of your Submissions through this website shall be venued in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Hong Kong and governed by the laws of Hong Kong without reference to any conflict of laws provision.
