Tips for choosing your Veil

Select a similar shade veil to your gown. If you have a choice between a slightly darker versus slightly lighter shade for your veil – choose the slightly lighter shade as the lighter shade will blend better into the gown.

When looking at a veil – make sure you are happy with how it frames your face, graces your shoulders (if strapless) and frames the gown.

You can team a simple gown with a detailed veil to add drama; or a simple gown with a simple veil for a purely minimal effect.

There is a point on the crown of the head where the comb of a veil will comfortably slide in and balance. Your veil should feel secure.
